i’ll do more as soon as my leg heals. I was hit by a car while on my bike and have had to quit running for a couple of weeks. These leg and foot massages videos have done me a lot of good too. Try the tennis ball foot massages, they’re especially good for runners. Thanks for your comment.

i run in my school track team im a sprinter and when i do like coulpe races my lower calf hurts and i can barely stand!
