Wow, that felt amazing! As a trainee dentist, my hands get quite tired and this made them feel sooo good! In particular the muscle between the index finger and thumb massage: ow that hurt but felt great afterwards!! Thanks

Wow, that’s great feedback. I’ve always thought self-massage would be really helpful for musicians but not playing an instrument I had no evidence. Now I do. Thanks for that. Hope it keeps working for you.

I play a lot of guitar and drums. I came from an athletic background, but feel these exercises work well for the musician in me. Thanks for posting! Works great for musician and athlete.
